Three Small Steps to Fast Fat Loss
If you want to see a fast fat loss, there are some steps you must take. When you take the time and effort to really commit yourself to taking these steps, you will be able to look forward to fast fat loss now rather than constantly putting it off for next week or next month and risking it not happen at all.
You can spend time reading about how to lose fat fast or buying books on fast fat loss programs, but until you commit to taking the right steps, you will not achieve the fast weight loss you want.
Step 1: Your program for ultra fast fat loss has to start with proper hydration. Start keeping a notebook and record how many sodas, juices, smoothies and other drinks you consume every day.
If you are drinking less than eight full glasses (about eight ounces each) of water, and especially if you are drinking more than two or three sodas or cups of coffee, you may be unknowingly preventing fast fat loss.
Instead, make a conscious effort to drink eight glasses of water per day. If you hate the taste of plain water, squeeze lemon or lime into it or buy flavored bottled waters.
Step 2: Start cutting down on refined carbohydrates such as starches, potatoes, pastas and breads. Sure, it might be hard, because we have been taught that bread is the staff of life and it is very easy to get a pizza delivered.
But one of the easy fast fat loss tips you should know is that refined carbs really pack on the pounds because they are calorie dense. For instance, one slice of bread contains about 100 calories. You would have to eat at least 3 servings of most vegetables to get that 100 calories.
Start making some substitutions. Instead of pasta, choose a stir-fry dish of meat and vegetables. When you eat at a restaurant ask the waiter or waitress not to bring a basket of bread and rolls so you won't be tempted.
When you make sandwiches, instead of using regular sliced bread, choose lower-calorie thinner breads instead like pita or pocket bread.
Step 3: Go on a search and destroy mission to get refined sugar out of your diet. Sugar tastes good and everyone likes it, but if your goal is fast fat loss, sugar is your enemy.
Why? Because sugar is very quickly converted into glucose in your bloodstream. Here is what happens: extra glucose that you can't use right away is stored as fat. When you start eliminating sugar from your diet, you prevent fat from accumulating. You also force your body to burn stored fat.
Additionally, when sugar floods into your system, it triggers an insulin response within about 30 minutes. This is why you feel energized for a brief time after you eat sugar, but then you feel very sleepy-the insulin puts you in a "rest and digest" mode and you start feeling sleepy.
Remember these 3 small steps and you will be on your way to fast fat loss!
