For instance, if you are a typical woman whose needs 2,000 calories each day just to survive, yet you eat only 1,200, then you have set yourself up for rapid fat loss by creating a calorie deficit of 800 calories per day.

Since a pound of fat consists of 3,500 calories, an 800-calorie per day deficit will burn off a pound of fat every 4 or 5 days, which will make you lose fat fast with or without natural fat loss products.
